Hotel Policies

Cancellation Policy
Cancel up to 24 hours before the arrival date to avoid charges.

No-show Policy
In case of No-show, one night’s stay will be charged.

Extra Person Policy
Children up to 9 years old are considered. Children aged 10 and above will be charged as adults.

Overselling Policies
In the event that our Hotel cannot provide the lodging service contracted, our Hotel will find suitable alternatives to replace the contracted service, ensuring they are at least equal to or better than the original benefits.

The Hotel will pay for one night including taxes at a similar Hotel.

The guest will be offered free transportation to the new Hotel.

The guest will be provided with at least one free call to their home or office.
